Nono Shibusawa is infamous for having the highest fixed FRAG reward while also having the lowest FRAG stat of all;

• Her maximum FRAG stat translate to 0.01x fragment multiplier.
• Her maximum STEP stat translate to 1.76x step multiplier for world mode.

Mathematically speaking, this means that she is limited to giving consistently 25 (or in better cases 26) FRAG in normal play. This is in-line with most 80 FRAG partners with no other special ability, when the overall earnings are averaged. However, this is only possible if players can EX consistently, as not getting an EX will reward the player with exactly 0 fragments.  This does give an unintended benefit of giving PST or low-PRS players more average fragment earnings compared to 80 FRAG without skills, but it is more advisable to use another partner for higher level charts.

This leaves her with her STEP stat, which is just below the baseline of 80 but can go up to 88 after awakening. This is still relatively low, however, considering how many characters there are with more than or equal 90 STEP stat at this point.

Being an event partner, the player ends up not missing much due to her overall lackluster stats even after awakening.

• She has the lowest starting FRAG stat of any partner.
• She is one of the only 2 partners to have a non-integer stat, the other being Hikari (Zero).
• She is one of the only 3 partners to have a level-invariant stat, the others being Ilith and Ayu.
