Nono Shibusawa is a limited collaboration Partner in Arcaea, added as part of the first Arcaea x CHUNITHM collaboration. She can be obtained by purchasing the CHUNITHM Collaboration pack and playing her event map, which was first available from May 23rd to June 20th, 2019.

Skill

Nono Shibusawa's skill grants a +2525 Fragment bonus for achieving an EX grade or above (i.e. a score of 9,800,000 or above). After accounting for her 0.5 FRAG stat (x0.01 multiplier), this results in a final bonus of +25 Fragments, or +26 depending on other Fragment gains and rounding.

Notes

Nono Shibusawa is infamous for having the highest fixed FRAG reward while also having the lowest nonzero FRAG stat of all partners. Her post-multiplier bonus brings her in line with most 80 FRAG partners with no other special abilities. However, this assumes players can EX songs consistently, as getting below EX will reward the player with 0 fragments. Other higher FRAG partners offer comparable or better Fragment rewards without the EX grade requirement, e.g. a level 20 Kou gives around 30 Fragments when clearing a Level 9 chart.

Trivia

• Nono Shibusawa is an original playable character in CHUNITHM. She debuted in CHUNITHM AIR ep.III as part of the Utakata Relation character universe, with her signature song Sound Player (by tilt-six feat.バル).
  • Her name in Japanese is 渋沢 ノノ.
• She has a second "Crystal of effort" form that can be unlocked at level 15 via the EXCEED THE LIMIT mechanic (which functions like Arcaea's Awakening mechanic).
  • Her default and awakened character art in Arcaea come from her default and Crystal of effort forms in CHUNITHM.
• Her skill in Arcaea is a reference to her 【踊ってみた】サウンドプレイヤー ("[I did a dance cover] Sound Player") skill in CHUNITHM.
  • This skill grants a +2525 Gauge bonus at the end of the song for achieving SS grade or above (i.e. minimum score 1,000,000).
  • 2525 is a goroawase for "Niconico", a Japanese video-sharing website. Nono has a hobby of uploading dance videos online in her story in CHUNITHM.
